Returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Exchanges
